Subsequently, a meeting with the School Principal or any other faculty member that you may wish to meet can also be arranged.

Pre-Admission

Application Submission: We request the parents to give accurate information in the admission application form and even if there is any adverse comment whether academic or behavioral, it will not be a ground for refusal of an admission request. Moreover, any such prior information would help the school to work around and create an appropriate eco-system for your child, post admission. However, in case of any incorrect information or suppression which is revealed later may lead to cancellation of admission. Interaction: We would like to have an interaction to know more about your child, your expectations, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasms and extra-curricular interests. The interaction will be conducted by the Head of Primary school wherein the child may also be asked to perform some simple activities etc. Those who are seeking Admission for Grades 7 to 9 will have an interaction and a written test of English and Mathematics. However, Grade 9, students will also be evaluated for Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Admission to Grade 11 is by an interaction and written tests in English, Mathematics and Science. For those who are seeking a direct admission in Grade 10th and 12th it would be as per the chosen Board policies along with the report card from their previous school followed by an interaction and test.

Admissions during the year

Post Admission : On being offered admission, parents are requested to pay the one-time Admission Fee and a Refundable Security Deposit within a week to secure the admission of the student. Subsequently, the student is issued a unique Student ID number. Parents further need to fill and submit various forms and declarations that would be given along with the admissions acceptance letter.

Admission Criteria

Age Criteria

The admissions process at Sparsh Global School has been designed to ensure that students are placed at appropriate grade levels while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the school policies.

For Nursery

Minimum age should be 3 years and above as on March 31 st

For LKG

Minimum age should be 4 years and above as on March 31st

For UKG

Minimum age should be 5 years and above as on March 31st

For Grade I

Minimum age should be 6 years and above as on March 31st

The Admission Process Involves The Following Steps

1. Filling up of enquiry form.
2. An interaction with the Parent Relationship Officer and Academic Head followed by a campus tour.
3. Registration and application form.
